The Fund is structed into two; namely, the Board and Secretariat. The Board is responsible for the policy direction of the Fund. It is supported by the Secretariat headed by the Executive Secretary who is responsible for the day to day running of the Fund. The secretariat has three directorates which support and report directly to the Executive Secretary. The directorates are further divided into units, each unit have their unit heads who report directly to the directors heading the directorate
